Can an electric Tesla be turned into a competitive drift car? That’s what we wanted to find out! For this long-going project, Wisefab partnered with students from Tallinn University of Applied Science, giving them hands-on experience in designing a drift suspension prototype from scratch.
This video discusses the challenges of modifying a Tesla Model 3 for drifting: stability control issues, steering limitations, and switching to a rear-wheel-drive setup. After extensive testing and multiple prototype revisions, we concluded that a Tesla can drift at a pro level!
